SJCC February 2021 Meeting Minutes

President's Report; Renée started the meeting at 7:10

​

• Renée introduced a few new members that came to the Zoom Mtg for the first time

Julie, Denise, Peter and Samantha, Adam, Christine, Mike and Robin Kelly. (Robin is a returning member.) 

• Renée briefly went over the details on how to keep in touch with the group and gave them access to the Google Slides Photo challenge. It was discussed that they are welcome to join our private FB page  

Field trips for February

• Mary will send out an email and post to the clubs FB page any planned trips 

• Potential Field Trips discussed, Storm King and The Foundry

SJCC website Updates for 2021

• Photos requested for submission for St. James CC  Website. Billy Carpio will work with Renée to get the page uptodate age update.  Renée asked members to submit their photos to Billy 

• March Google Slides image Sharing Challenge will be, "Doors and Windows"

 

Guest Speaker, Joe Brady, Professional Landscape Photographer, Video presenter and  a photography tour guide

• Topic: "Drawing Viewers into your Landscapes with Color and Light", Via, PS & LR Joe gave an in

depth preview of the process using his recommended workflow. 

 

February's  Google Slides Photo Challenge was Patterns and Colors was reviewed.
