OCTOBER 2019 SJCC MEETING MINUTES

We started out with a short board meeting before our regular meeting to discuss the fact that Jay, our Vice President, will be stepping down as Chairman of our Guest Speaker committee and as our Secretary/minutes taker.
Jay will keep his position as our Vice President and Board Member. We also discussed his role in our end of the year photo contest, that he said he would continue to do.

NEWS:
Our SJCC 2020 calendars arrived. If you have not purchased your copies, please let us know and we will put them aside.

NEW MEMBERS: Welcome to the club

END OF THE YEAR DINNER AND PHOTO CONTEST – (Competition) Mary sent a list around for members to choose a dish to bring? Please connect with Mary if you missed the meeting. Mary would like to have the list finalized before our November meeting.

Guidelines are:
Prints Only - exceptions to Canvas and Metal
8 x 10 and Larger – the bigger the better
Please, no Mats or Frames (they take up too much room)
No Visible signatures on the front
