  • Selections will be based on technical quality, expression of theme, proper exposure, clarity and finished print.

  • Please Note:  All photos accepted by the judges are final - after the judging, no additional photos can be submitted. Submitted prints cannot be reprinted unless otherwise noted by the judge or exhibit committee. Three photos per member.

  • For juried work, once accepted, all work needs to be framed, wired and ready to hang   Wooden frames and No sawtooth hooks.

  • Price and  contact information should be printed, not hand written, on the back of each piece.

      Framing guidelines:

  • Black frame, white mat, required for uniformity

  • Print sizes recommended:    8 x 10, 11x 14, 16 x 20, 24 x 30.

  • In a large venue, the larger the work the better. (suggest you put an 8 x 10 image in an 11x14 inch frame).

  • Suggestion for Prices - Do your best to include the total cost of your frame, mat, hardware, printing and time spent framing it.

NOTE: Many Galleries charge a hanging fee and require you pay a         percentage of your sale to them. So include these fees in your sale price.

  • Most venues, galleries and local cafés, are priced in the mid-range between $50.00 & $300. Some galleries may suggest you charge more.  Location of the venue and size of your image makes a difference.

  • Personal Biographies:  We will need your biography for the club's biography book that will be on display at the exhibit for guests to preview.

  • Pick up and drop off will be announced - prior to hanging.  Same for take down

  • Receptions: to be announced. (Fees for refreshments will be collected from exhibitors).
